The term “FF Simple and Smart Trades Investment Services Ltd” or “us” or “we” or “the Company” refers to the owner of the website www.smart-trades.net (the “Website”).  The Company is headquartered in Nicosia, 62 Athalassas Avenue, 4th floor 2012 Strovolos, Cyprus and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission under license number 080/07.  The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of the Website.

The process of personal data is effected in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation, including the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the Law providing for the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and for the free movement of such data, Law 125(I)/2018 which was adopted for the effective implementation of certain provision of the GDPR.  Each time the user visits the Website, certain information is being saved, such as IP address, the date, the kind of browser the user used and the computer’s operating system.  The information that is gathered this way is used exclusively for reasons of security and for statistical purposes in accordance with GDPR.
